About The Role
UiPath is redefining enterprise automation with Agentic AI. We’re looking for a seasoned VP
of Marketing, EMEA to accelerate our next stage of growth across Europe, the Middle East,
and Africa. You’ll own end-to-end regional marketing—from field programs and digital
demand to PR/comms. Partnering closely with regional GTM leadership, you’ll turn global
strategy into local pipeline, brand influence, and customer success.
What You’ll Do
- Build and execute the EMEA marketing plan aligned to revenue targets, segment
priorities, and partner motions.
- Lead field marketing, digital demand working with the global team, events, ABM,
PR/AR, social, and partner marketing to drive opportunities and accelerate deals.
- Work closely with the BDR organisation, driving pipe gen, enablement, and
conversion.
- Localise global campaigns and create region-specific plays for enterprise and
commercial segments.
- Own regional brand and thought-leadership strategy,earned media, analyst outreach,
executive visibility, and customer advocacy.
- Partner with Sales, Partner, and Customer Success leaders to align territories,
coverage models, and account plans.
- Establish a data-driven marketing engine: forecasting, budgeting, and reporting
against pipeline, attribution, and ROI goals.
- Build and mentor a diverse, high-performing team across multiple countries and time
zones.
What You’ll Bring
- 12+ years’ experience in B2B tech marketing, including 5+ years leading multi-
country EMEA teams for a high-growth SaaS or enterprise software company.
- Proven success scaling field + digital demand programs that deliver >$200 M pipeline
annually.
- Hands-on expertise in regional demand generation, marketing automation, and
pipeline analytics.
- Strong background in PR/AR and executive communications to build a strong PR &
thought leadership program across the region.
- Demonstrated ability to influence GTM, product, and exec stakeholders and to
operate as part of a Global Demand Gen leadership team.
- Fluency in English; additional European languages a plus.
- Willingness to travel ~30 % across EMEA.
