Your mission: As the Senior HR Business Partner for UK, Ireland, and France you will serve as strategic advisor and trusted thought partner to business leaders regarding key HR initiatives and talent strategies. You will serve as “mini CHRO” on the ground to work collaboratively with leadership to drive engagement, assess, and maintain a culture that aligns with the company's values and people strategy. You will consistently provide data-driven recommendations to help improve performance, retention, and the overall employee experience.

What you’ll do at UiPath:

  • Collaborate with and advise leaders regarding organization design, structure, and workforce planning that supports the operational and strategic objectives of the business.
  • Execute the performance management initiatives, including coaching on goal setting, driving performance review cycles, managing performance improvement plans, all within the globally designed framework, to ensure consistency.
  • Drive a high-performing organization through facilitation of talent reviews, identification of critical roles in the organization, and succession planning aligned with the Talent Development Strategy.
  • Manage and resolve employee relations issues and conduct effective, thorough, and objective investigations, working closely with key stakeholders.
  • Oversee job changes (promotions, transfers in other teams or geography, merit increases).
  • Participate in and lead strategic HR projects, utilizing the ability to plan, organize, and implement efficiently.
  • Oversee onboarding and offboarding of employees in assigned business units.

What you’ll bring to the team:

  • Solid experience (7+ years) in HR function within a global company.
  • Strong business acumen and commercial awareness, with a strong understanding of the key company goals and financial drivers determining business success.
  • Highly skilled at engaging and influencing others, with strong change management skills and a desire to act as a change agent.
  • Strong ability to develop and implement clear, actionable plans to achieve the overall people strategy.
  • Capability to identify new ways for the People Experience team to support the business strategy and work collaboratively with other function leaders (i.e., Total Rewards) to create solutions.
  • Excellent client focus with the ability to build good relationships across borders.
  • Demonstrated excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders across the organization at all levels.
  • Significant experience of working with and influencing leadership.
  • Deep knowledge of HR trends, leading HR practice, and talent management practices.
  • Fluent in English and French mandatory; any other European languages will be considered a plus.
  • French Workers Council exposure is a plus, but not a must-have.
  • Team player attitude with a collaborative and driven approach.
