Your mission: The UiPath Supply Chain and Retail team (Peak) is looking for a Project Manager to lead the successful implementation of AI solutions. You will ensure customer onboarding projects are delivered on time, within agreed scope and resource profile, and that customers see value as quickly as possible. This role sits at the intersection of technology, people, and process. You will bring clarity, structure, and momentum to AI projects, aligning customer expectations with delivery outcomes and driving predictable results for both customers and internal teams.
Our goal is to help Manufacturing and Retail organisations improve how they predict, decide and act, using data-driven intelligence and automation. This is an opportunity to take ownership of AI projects, using your Project Management skills to drive real-world outcomes for our customers.
The Role: You will own the end-to-end delivery of multiple concurrent AI projects, and act as the primary delivery contact for customers and internal stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
- Work with customers and internal teams to define scope, agree delivery plans, and set clear success criteria.
- Own delivery through to completion, managing overall progress against plan, dependencies, risks & issues, and change control as projects evolve.
- Manage delivery across defined phases and iterative execution, coordinating sprint-based delivery and Agile ceremonies against an overall project plan.
- Lead clear delivery communication with customers and internal teams throughout, setting expectations and maintaining alignment across all stages of delivery, and making sure escalations are made when required.
- Build strong, trusted relationships with customers and internal stakeholders to support successful delivery.
This is a hands-on, customer-facing role that requires a high degree of ownership, energy, and a strong focus on delivering value.
What you will do at UiPath:
- Own the end-to-end delivery of customer onboarding projects, acting as the primary delivery contact for customers and internal stakeholders.
- Manage the creation and agreement of project scope, delivery plans, milestones, and success criteria with customers and internal teams.
- Build and maintain delivery plans, tracking progress, dependencies, resourcing, and milestones.
- Maintain accurate delivery reporting, including milestones, RAG status, risks, issues, delivery commentary, and change requests.
- Run regular customer and internal delivery meetings, providing clear and practical updates.
- Proactively manage risks, issues and dependencies, escalating when delivery timelines or resourcing are impacted.
- Control scope through a clear and structured change management process, ensuring impacts and trade-offs are clearly understood.
- Contribute to improving delivery standards, tools, and ways of working for AI projects. Use Generative AI tools to optimise processes and workflows.
What you will bring to the team:
- Experience as a customer-facing Project Manager delivering software or data-driven solutions in a technology-enabled or consultancy environment.
- Experience of successfully managing multiple complex projects concurrently, in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience producing clear delivery documentation and managing formal sign-off, with the ability to communicate delivery and scope changes in terms of customer and commercial impact.
- Strong scope management skills, including managing change requests and setting clear expectations with customers throughout delivery.
- Experience working with hybrid Waterfall and Agile delivery models.
- Demonstrable experience of proactively and creatively solving hard problems / challenges.
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including Customers, Product Managers, Account Managers and the wider Engineering team.
Desirable:
- Domain experience in Retail, Manufacturing, or Supply Chain.
- Experience delivering AI, Data, or Analytics projects.
- Experience using Jira and Confluence.
- Change Management experience, particularly landing AI solutions into existing operations.
- Experience working with or managing third-parties during delivery.
