Your mission
As a Senior Partner Marketing Manager, you will create and scale partner marketing programs that bring the value of the UiPath platform to life through our partners for shared customers. You will play a key role in strengthening strategic partnerships, supporting regional sales priorities, and helping drive pipeline growth through impactful marketing initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who is both strategic and hands on, with the ability to build strong relationships, move quickly, and deliver measurable business results.

- Own performance of programs, including partner-sourced pipeline and ROI.

- Track record of delivering measurable pipeline and revenue impact through partner marketing programs.
- Strong experience in the B2B software or broader technology industry and proven ability to identify and scale successful partner programs, frameworks, or approaches.
- Strong ability to build trusted relationships with both internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Experience running digital and event marketing programs, with a solid understanding of modern B2B marketing tactics, metrics and AI tools.
- Strong communication, project management, and organizational skills, with a self-starter mindset and genuine interest in technology innovation.
