Your mission
We are seeking a highly accomplished Senior Account Executive to drive new business and expand existing relationships across our Financial Crime Compliance (FCC) solution suite — including AML, KYC, Customer Due Diligence (CDD), sanctions screening, and fraud prevention technology — within financial services enterprise accounts.
This role is ideal for a seasoned sales professional who combines deep domain expertise in financial crime and regulatory compliance with a proven track record of closing complex, high-value enterprise deals.
The successful candidate will own the full sales cycle — from prospecting through close — engaging C-level and senior compliance, risk, and technology stakeholders at banks, fintechs, payment providers, and other regulated financial institutions across EMEA.
What you'll do at Ui Path
- Enterprise Sales Execution
- Own and drive the full sales cycle for enterprise financial services accounts, from lead qualification to contract close.
- Build and manage a robust pipeline of net-new logos and expansion opportunities within existing accounts.
- Consistently meet or exceed quota and revenue targets for AML/FCC compliance solutions.
- Develop and execute account-based sales strategies for top-tier banks, fintechs, payment providers, and financial institutions.
- Domain-Driven Selling
- Leverage deep knowledge of AML, KYC, CDD/EDD, transaction monitoring, sanctions screening, adverse media screening, entity resolution, case management, and regulatory reporting to credibly engage compliance and risk stakeholders.
- Translate complex regulatory requirements and financial crime trends (e. g., sanctions evasion, mule accounts, digital assets, AI-driven financial crime, beneficial ownership transparency) into clear business value propositions.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to prospects and customers, speaking fluently to regulatory pain points and compliance program needs.
- Understanding of positioning AI driven solutions across business, IT and transformation teams.
- Executive & Stakeholder Engagement
- Build and maintain relationships with senior executives, Chief Compliance Officers, Heads of Financial Crime, risk leaders, and technology decision-makers.
- Lead executive briefings, discovery sessions, and strategic account reviews.
- Partner with customers throughout the buying journey to align solution capabilities to business and regulatory outcomes.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner closely with Sales Engineering, Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to deliver tailored solutions and ensure smooth handoffs post-sale.
- Provide market and customer feedback to Product teams to inform roadmap and competitive positioning.
- Contribute domain expertise to RFP responses, competitive evaluations, and proposal development.
- Pipeline & Forecast Management
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date pipeline, forecast, and account data in CRM.
- Provide regular, reliable forecasting to sales leadership.
- Identify and mitigate deal risk through proactive account management.
- What you'll bring to the team
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 10+ years of enterprise sales experience selling software/technology solutions into financial services (banks, fintechs, payment providers, insurers, or capital markets firms).
- Extreme depth of knowledge in Financial Crime Compliance — AML, KYC/CDD, sanctions screening, fraud detection, transaction monitoring, and regulatory risk.
- Demonstrated history of success consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas in complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles.
- Proven ability to sell to and influence senior executives, compliance leaders, risk officers, and technology buyers.
- Strong understanding of global AML/FCC regulatory frameworks across EMEA
- Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Experience with enterprise CRM tools (Salesforce or similar) and structured sales methodologies (e. g., MEDDIC, Challenger, Command of the Message).
- Ability to travel as needed to support customer meetings and industry events.
