Your mission

In this role as an Enterprise Account Executive at UiPath, you’ll be a dedicated sales specialist for the Manufacturing and Supply Chain Vertical Solutions, a world-class, enterprise-grade Agentic AI offering. Our AI platform optimizes inventory and pricing for global industry leaders including Nike, Heidelberg Materials and PepsiCo. With a core belief that businesses need their own AI — built for their business, with their data — UiPath's pre-built AI solutions can be configured to fit unique requirements. This position will be a hybrid role across new business logo acquisition and existing account expansion with a portfolio of accounts, working with our International GTM team.

You will be responsible for generating pipeline and executing towards a net ARR sales target. You will identify, establish and develop relationships with new and existing customers whilst working as part of a close commercial team to deliver the professionalism, consultation, and innovation that our Customers expect. The role is based in Manchester, with a weekly presence in the office required.

What you'll do at UiPath

  • Responsible for increasing revenue by hitting & exceeding sales objectives each quarter, through net new logos within our ICP of Manufacturing and Consumer Packaged Goods.
  • Responsible for renewal and growth of an existing portfolio of accounts.
  • Identify, establish, and develop relationships with new and existing customers. Learn about their needs, build trust and identify the opportunities where UiPath Vertical Solutions can drive value.
  • Generate and manage net new sales opportunities via personal outbound efforts (networking, cold calls, emails, social selling, etc.).
  • Execute on an accurate weekly, monthly, quarterly forecast to rollup to management.
  • Work closely with the Marketing team to create marketing campaigns and convert those sales leads into profitable business.
  • Work closely with our Solution Engineering and Data Insights Team to bring pre-sales processes to life and inspire customers to start their Agentic AI journey. Crafting sales decks, materials, and narratives to drive a compelling story and narrative.

What you'll bring to the team

  • Extensive experience selling SaaS end to end, including 5+ years experience of enterprise SaaS sales in complex cycles.
  • High energy, quick learner and passionate about consultative selling.
  • Demonstrated experience consistently exceeding sales quotas in New Logo acquisition – you are a top performer no matter the environment, particularly with mid and large-sized enterprises.
  • Proven ability and desire to generate your own opportunities via personal outbound efforts.
  • Trained and/or experienced in customer-centric selling methodologies (MEDDPICC, BANT).
  • Experience developing relationships and working with a partner network throughout the sales cycle (particularly Regional SIs and Global SIs).
  • The ability to travel approximately 25-30% of the time to regional meetings with prospects, customers, partners and field marketing events.
  • Experience and understanding of advanced analytics, machine learning and/or AI.
  • Experience selling to manufacturers or consumer packaged goods companies.
