Union Income Benefit (UIB) is expanding its affiliate partnerships and rewards platform and is seeking an Affiliates & Rewards Executive on a 12-month fixed-term maternity cover basis. You’ll work with Head of Rewards, Marketing, UX, Technology and Finance to manage partnerships, campaigns and performance, driving revenue and engagement for members and partners.
You’ll bring experience in affiliate networks or rewards platforms, commercial awareness and proactive problem-solving.
