  • Social Infrastructure - Our team of Social Infrastructure specialists revitalise homes and communities by carrying out a wide range of work, from retrofit to refurbishment, and maintenance.

About the role: Here at United Infrastructure, our Social Infrastructure team is growing in Walsall and we are recruiting a Project Manager to come and join us. We are looking for a candidate that has experience of managing contracts, overseeing direct labour and supply chain models and implementing efficiencies. Our ideal candidate will already be a Project Manager experienced in working on Social Housing planned works.

Our commercial and operational teams are integrated to ensure that we offer best value and service to our clients. Procurement will be a major part of the role, including negotiating packages of work with our subcontractors and supply chain partners.

Qualifications:

  • SMSTS
  • 5 Years’ experience working for a maintenance/main contractor
  • Leadership experience
  • Good data interrogation skills
  • Valid driving licence
  • Competent use in Microsoft Project and Microsoft Excel Trackers
  • Excellent client engagement skills
  • Excellent Health and Safety Awareness
  • Excellent people skills and the ability to drive performance from your team of staff
