United Infrastructure is seeking a Lead Quantity Surveyor to own the retrofit stream under a Guinness Partnership contract, driving cost control, commercial governance and value for money.
The role covers CVR, budgeting, forecasting and senior stakeholder reporting within a growing division.
You will manage a team of Assistant Quantity Surveyors, develop their skills, and ensure alignment between design, scope and budget while driving procurement and cost optimisation.
