Contracts Manager (Repairs & Maintenance) Location: Thame

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage responsive repairs, voids, disrepair, and maintenance contracts.
  • Lead operational teams to achieve performance, quality, and budget targets.
  • Monitor contract profitability, KPIs, and compliance requirements.
  • Manage client, resident, and stakeholder relationships.
  • Oversee SOR contracts, variations, valuations, and commercial controls.
  • Ensure Health & Safety compliance and high customer satisfaction.
  • Support business growth and develop team performance.

Requirements

  • Proven Contracts Manager experience within Social Housing.
  • Strong background in repairs, maintenance, voids, or property services.
  • Schedule of Rates (SOR) experience essential.
  • Strong commercial and financial management skills.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Full UK Driving Licence.
  • Desirable SMSTS (or willingness to obtain).
  • Construction or management qualification.
  • CSCS Card and First Aid at Work.
