Site Manager – Construction & Cladding

Responsibilities
- Lead day‑to‑day site management for construction and high‑rise cladding projects, ensuring works are completed safely, on time, and on budget.
- Plan and supervise site activities, schedule resources, and manage subcontractors.
- Conduct site inspections, maintaining health and safety compliance and ensuring work meets building regulations and client specifications.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and contractors, and maintain accurate project records.
- Monitor programme delivery, identify and mitigate risks, and drive high standards of workmanship throughout all project phases.
Qualifications
- Proven experience managing construction and high‑rise façade/cladding projects.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Thorough understanding of health and safety legislation, quality control processes, and construction best practices.
- Relevant industry qualifications such as SMSTS, CSCS (Management Level), and First Aid certification.
