As a Repairs / Disrepair Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of Direct Labour operatives and subcontractors via our repairs / disrepair service delivery across North Countries, Reading, Oxford, Milton Keynes & Northampton

Your role involves ensuring that work progresses according to plans, schedules, and safety standards. The team will comprise of approximately >10 operatives and various supply chain partners.

Your tasks will include (but not limited to):

  • Assisting and complying with Health and Safety

  • Attending regular site inspections

  • Maintaining high levels of compliance

  • Supporting subcontractors, clients and suppliers with completions of works

  • Liaising with residents to ensure support is in place when necessary

  • Working closely with office teams when coordinating works on our works management system

  • In-person and desktop inspections

  • Providing Quotes to clients ensuring value for money via National Housing Federation Schedule of Rates

  • Liaising with clients to provide updates to key stakeholders and attend WIP meetings when appropriate

Your ability to motivate the team to ensure positive work ethic and standards and a high level of output is crucial, and you will play a key role in maintaining efficiency, quality, and safety on our sites.
