The Site Manager is responsible for the day-to-day management of construction and high-rise cladding projects, ensuring works are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. The role involves coordinating subcontractors, managing site operations, monitoring progress, maintaining health and safety compliance, and ensuring all cladding installation activities meet project specifications, building regulations, and client requirements.

Key responsibilities include planning and supervising site activities, conducting site inspections, managing labour and materials, liaising with clients, consultants, and contractors, and maintaining accurate project records. The Site Manager will lead site teams, drive programme delivery, identify and mitigate risks, and ensure high standards of workmanship throughout all phases of the project.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience managing construction and high-rise façade/cladding projects, strong leadership and communication skills, and a thorough understanding of health and safety legislation, quality control processes, and construction best practices. Relevant industry qualifications such as SMSTS, CSCS (Management Level), and First Aid certification are typically required.
