As a Planner, your day-to-day tasks will include preparing, reviewing and monitoring appointments, visits and completions to ensure adherence to the deadlines and timescales, liaising with the client and wider team, ensuring all relevant parties are informed of latest updates. You will be required to make contact via email and telephone on a daily basis.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of relevant administration experience
- Knowledge of Microsoft Project and other similar software programs
- Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills
- Attention to detail and the ability to multitask
- Understanding of building regulations preferred but not essential
