United Infrastructure is seeking an experienced Resident Liaison Officer to be a visible point of contact for residents, engaging through newsletters, meetings, visits and open days. The role covers our work primarily in South London, with potential travel across Kent, Surrey and West Sussex.

You will ensure residents are aware of works processes, communicate updates, coordinate handover of keys to site teams, and provide high-quality aftercare while managing expectations between residents.
