Our client has two womenswear brands. One of understated luxury, taking influence from fashion and the wider art world and crafting clothes in beautiful natural fabrics. The other offers unique designs with a modern bohemian, cool-girl vibe. The main markets for both brands are the US, UK and Germany. They are building expertise as a multi-channel retailer with flagship brick-and-mortar stores to support digital and print marketing. With a design studio based in South London, and a Distribution Centre in the Midlands, they employ 150 people with a turnover in excess of £50m, growing and profitable. Privately owned, the business is run for the long term with a commitment to delivering the best possible products and service to win customer loyalty. They have a genuine and long-established commitment to understanding the environmental impact as well as the ethical responsibility that comes with running their business. The range is made using 99.6% natural fibres and they are a member of the Fair Wear Foundation, an independent multi-stakeholder organisation that works with garment brands, garment workers and industry influencers to improve labour conditions in garment factories.

They are now seeking a driven and experienced Paid Social Manager to drive growth, brand awareness and sales across their paid social channels.

Paid Social Manager - The Role:
  • Plan, launch, and manage paid social campaigns for both brands
  • Work with the Head of Paid Media to form paid social strategies and regularly review performance
  • Execute full-funnel campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and Pinterest
  • Manage budgets and performance across UK, US, and Germany markets
  • Grow followers and brand awareness across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Pinterest
  • Drive measurable revenue and ROAS from paid social channels
  • Balance upper-funnel brand activity with lower-funnel conversion campaigns
  • Identify and scale winning audiences, formats, and creative
  • Work closely with the design team to brief, develop, and refine paid social assets
  • Lead A/B testing of creative, formats, copy, and audiences
  • Use performance insights to inform creative direction and future briefs
  • Partner with the marketing team and brand managers to align paid social with seasonal stories and launches, key trading moments, and organic social activity
  • Ensure paid activity supports wider brand and commercial objectives
  • Monitor, analyse, and report on campaign performance
  • Track KPIs including ROAS, CPA, CAC, engagement, reach, and follower growth
  • Present insights and recommendations clearly to stakeholders
  • Use data to continuously optimise performance and strategy
Paid Social Manager - The Candidate:
  • You must have proven paid social experience within fashion, lifestyle, or DTC brands
  • Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager
  • Confident with analytics, performance reporting, and optimisation
  • Commercial mindset with strong attention to brand detail
  • Able to take ownership and deliver results quickly
  • The ability to speak German is an advantage, especially for managing campaigns and communications in the German market.
