Our client is a well established supplier of licensed products, with a unique portfolio of diverse and industry-leading fashion, sports, and outdoor brands across childrenswear, adults clothing, accessories and footwear. They are currently seeking a Digital Development Lead to help drive their business forward.
Digital Development Lead - The Role:
- Create and manage the implementation of digital patterns
- Set clear objectives and performance standards
- Own and drive the 3D digital strategy aligned with business needs
- Continuously evolve 3D capabilities, tools, and workflows
- Standardise and optimise end-to-end 3D product development processes
- Drive efficiency improvements and reduce physical sampling
- Integrate 3D into PLM and product development workflows
- Support customer-facing teams with 3D-led solutions
- Enable co-creation and virtual reviews
- Partner with Design, PD, Technical, and Supply Chain teams
- Explore and implement new digital tools and technologies
- Drive innovation initiatives and digital roadmaps
Digital Development Lead – The Candidate:
- Degree or equivalent in Fashion, Product Development or related field.
- Additional digital or 3D qualifications or expertise in CLO, Browzwear or similar would be advantageous.
- Proven leadership in digital product development.
- Strong understanding of apparel construction and pattern cutting.
- Passionate about digital innovation and continuous improvement.
- Strong collaborator and influencer.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to work with cross-functional teams.
- Able to thrive in a dynamic and fast paced environment.
