This privately owned business has two successful womenswear brands, selling direct to a loyal and growing customer base in the UK, US and Europe. They are now seeking an experienced Graphic Designer with a desire to work in a luxury fashion environment to join their small team with a flat structure; the design and marketing office is in a relaxed but hard working environment.
Graphic Designer β The Role :
β Working with the Senior Designers and the Marketing Team to deliver creative solutions for both brands across printed catalogues, websites, e-mail and digital marketing.
β Interpreting briefs from the marketing team, design and artwork a variety of projects including the following:
β the design of weekly e-mail marketing campaigns
β the creation of landing pages for websites
β the design, and artworking of printed catalogues
β design printed point of sale for stores
Graphic Designer β The Candidate :
β The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelorβs degree in Graphic Design or a related field, or have equivalent work experience.
β Excellent working knowledge of InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator and the use of them to create material for both print and web
β Ideally some experience designing for email and web, HTML, CSS, using Sketch
β Knowledge of Lightroom and Sketch is an advantage
β Previous experience or a keen interest in the fashion industry is desirable.
β Previous experience in a professional creative artworking or junior designer role in a similar environment
β A strong eye for design, layout and attention to detail
β Ability to work quickly from concept creation to finished product
β The ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively within a team, while taking initiative and managing multiple tasks effectively is essential.
