You will play a key role in supporting and developing the department's Integrated Workplace Management System (IWMS) and associated digital platforms, helping to drive innovation and improve the services that support a large and complex healthcare environment.
As part of our team, you will work closely with operational teams, managers, system suppliers and stakeholders across the organisation, you will lead system improvements, support digital projects, develop reporting solutions and help shape the future of EFCD's digital strategy. The role offers a varied mix of systems administration, project delivery, data analysis, reporting and user engagement.
We are looking for someone with strong technical and analytical skills, experience of database or enterprise systems, and the ability to translate business requirements into practical digital solutions. Experience of Power BI, SQL, Microsoft 365 and systems integration would be advantageous. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working with both technical and non-technical colleagues and have a passion for improving processes through technology.
