We are seeking a dynamic and innovative individual to join our team as a Property Content Creator. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a creative mindset, and the ability to transform physical property experiences into captivating virtual tours. Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with real estate agents, property owners, and internal teams to understand the unique features and selling points of each property.
- Develop creative concepts and storyboards for virtual tours that effectively showcase the property’s highlights, amenities, and atmosphere.
- Utilize specialized equipment and software to capture high-quality images, videos, and 360-degree panoramas of properties.
- Edit and enhance raw footage to create seamless, engaging virtual tour experiences.
- Ensure virtual tours accurately represent the layout, design, and ambiance of the physical property, providing an authentic online experience.
- Optimize virtual tour content for various platforms, including websites, mobile apps, and social media channels.
- Stay updated on emerging trends and technologies in virtual reality, real estate marketing, and content creation.
- Work closely with marketing and sales teams to ensure content aligns with brand messaging and marketing strategies.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in photography, videography, digital media, or a related field.
- Proven experience in photography, videography, or virtual tour creation, preferably in the real estate industry.
- Proficiency in using DSLR cameras, video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro), and virtual tour software (e.g., Matterport, Tourbuzz).
- Strong artistic vision and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
