With strong market presence across the UK and international student markets, we work closely with accommodation providers, student societies, universities and local student benefit partners to deliver both housing solutions and student lifestyle experiences.

We are looking for a commercially minded and highly organised Marketing Manager to drive growth in UK domestic and European markets, including user acquisition, community engagement, and cross-channel marketing execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • 1. UK and European Market Growth Strategy
  • Develop and execute local marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, lead generation, and booking conversion within the UK and European market.
  • Identify new user acquisition opportunities through both online and offline channels to expand UK domestic and European market.
  • Support seasonal campaigns including: intake campaigns, accommodation launches, university open days, welcome events, graduation season activities etc.
  • 2. Social Media & Content Operations
  • Supervise localised content production across platforms including Tik Tok, Instagram UK accounts, Rednote, You Tube
  • Hands-on execution to ensure consistent publishing schedules and content quality standards.
  • Guide the team in creating: short-form videos, student interviews, student lifestyle content, property showcases, live streaming sessions
  • 3. Offline Events
  • Lead planning and execution of UK and Europe based offline activations including: student accommodation events, university road show, app registration events etc.
  • Ensure events support both: community engagement, measurable lead generation, Manage budgets, logistics, venue coordination, and event reporting.
  • 4. Partnership & Business Development
  • Build and maintain relationships with: student unions, student societies, accommodation providers, local businesses, KOLs/influencers, cross-industry partners
  • Explore partnership opportunities that support: traffic exchange, brand exposure, lead acquisition, booking conversion
  • Supervise KOL and student ambassador recruitment initiatives.
  • 5. Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with: UK sales teams, different regional marketing teams, China HQ marketing teams to ensure market alignment and lead generation performance.
  • Coordinate integrated campaigns across multiple regions and source markets.
  • 6. Team Management & Performance Supervision
  • Manage and supervise the daily performance of the team members

Requirements

  • 4-7 years experience in marketing communication industry.
  • Experience in social media operations and content-driven growth.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Previous experience managing a team or supervising junior staff preferred.
  • Preferred Skills
  • Experience with Tik Tok, Instagram, Meta Ads, or influencer campaigns.
  • Experience organising offline events or student/community activations.
  • Ability to analyse performance data and optimise campaign effectiveness.
  • Experience in student accommodation, education, marketplace platforms is preferred.
