We are seeking a motivated Sales and Marketing Specialist (FRENCH OR GERMAN SPEAKERS) to join our team in London. In this role, you will assist students with accommodation inquiries, recommend suitable housing options, and ensure a smooth and seamless booking process from the European Markets.
As a Sales & Marketing Specialist, you will play a key role in driving business growth by converting inquiries into bookings, achieving leasing targets, and positioning yourself as a regional expert in student housing.
- Handle inquiries from a pre-qualified customer database, providing prompt and informative responses to convert leads into bookings
- Research and recommend suitable accommodation options based on students’ preferences, budgets, and requirements
- Take ownership of your assigned region and develop strong expertise in the local market
- Provide exceptional after-sales support, addressing concerns and maintaining strong client relationships
- Stay updated on market trends, collaborate with vendors, and coordinate with internal teams to optimize sales strategies
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- Proven experience of 2 or more years in sales (sales management experience is a plus)
- Ability to provide training and guidance to sales staff
- Proficiency in CRM systems and other sales tools
- Proficiency in French or German is required for this role
