Role Overview: We are seeking a Chinese-Speaking Sales and Marketing Specialist in Manchester to drive our business growth and strengthen our brand presence. This role will focus on understanding overseas student housing demand, engaging customers, promoting our brand online, and supporting rental transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand the housing market for overseas students.
  • Communicate with customers about rental needs and provide suitable housing options.
  • Promote our brand on social media platforms including Little Red Book, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
  • Livestream on our app to engage with potential clients.
  • Collaborate with other departments to close rental deals.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher.
  • 2–3 years of experience (preferred: education, tourism, or real estate).
