Role Overview: We are seeking a Chinese-Speaking Sales and Marketing Intern to drive our business growth and strengthen our brand presence. This role will focus on understanding overseas student housing demand, engaging customers, promoting our brand online, and supporting rental transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand the housing market for overseas students.
- Deliver digital projects based on business requirements, including live streaming, video, VR and related digital solutions.
- Promote our brand on social media platforms including Little Red Book, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
- Support leasing related activities.
Qualifications:
- Preferably a final-year undergraduate student (3rd or final year preferred).
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with a proactive and positive attitude.
