Job Title: Business Development Manager – Europe (Student Housing) | Hybrid

We are expanding our presence in Germany, France, and Italy and are looking for a highly driven Business Development Manager with existing connections in the student housing industry. If you have strong relationships with student housing providers and the expertise to drive strategic partnerships, we want to hear from you!

Role Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned Business Development professional with a proven track record in the student housing market across Germany, France, and Italy . The ideal candidate will have existing relationships with student housing providers and the ability to drive sales, negotiate partnerships, and expand our network . This is a remote position , but candidates must be based in Europe or have extensive experience working in these markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Market Expansion: Identify, develop, and maintain partnerships with student housing providers in Germany, France, and Italy.
  • Sales & Partnerships: Leverage existing connections to secure exclusive housing deals and expand our portfolio.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build long-term relationships with housing operators, universities, and agencies to ensure smooth collaboration.
  • Revenue Growth: Develop and implement sales strategies to increase bookings and market share in the European student housing sector.
  • Negotiation & Contracting: Lead negotiations, finalize agreements, and ensure contracts align with business objectives.
  • Market Insights: Monitor trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes in the European student housing industry.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and customer support, to enhance service delivery.

Requirements:

βœ… Proven Experience – 5+ years in business development, sales, or partnerships within the student housing sector in Germany, France, or Italy.

βœ… Existing Network – Strong relationships with student housing providers and key industry players in these regions.

βœ… Sales & Negotiation Skills – Ability to close deals, negotiate contracts, and drive revenue growth.

βœ… Market Knowledge – Understanding of student housing trends, pricing models, and market dynamics in Europe.

βœ… Language Skills – Fluency in English is required; proficiency in German, French, or Italian is a plus.

βœ… Remote Work Ready – Ability to work independently while collaborating with a global team.
