Uhmb is seeking an experienced Community Physiotherapist to cover eight months of maternity leave, based from the Royal Lancaster Infirmary in North Lancashire.
You will work within the Integrated North Lancashire Community Therapy & Rehabilitation Team, collaborating with inpatient teams, discharge services, GPs, and social care to support elderly care, frailty, falls, orthopaedics, and long-term conditions.
