UHMB is seeking a Clinical Support Worker to join the PADU unit at the Royal Lancaster Infirmary.

This part-time role (24 hours per week) is aligned with NHS Band 3 and offers a permanent position or a 6–12 month secondment.

The post involves supporting nursing staff, aiding patient movement to the discharge lounge, and delivering compassionate care within defined parameters.

You will work flexibly across areas to help the discharge process while maintaining patient dignity and safety.
