Uhmb is seeking a Healthcare assistant/Therapy assistant for the South Lakes Rapid Response team. This role involves supporting a multidisciplinary team in providing care and assistance to patients in their homes, preventing hospital admissions whilst ensuring safe discharge.
You will undertake a variety of tasks including clinical observations, blood sampling, and medication administration, contributing to the welfare of the frail population. The position offers full training and the chance to work within a supportive team environment.
