University Hospitals of Morecambe Bay is recruiting a Band 5 Nurse to join the North Lancs Rapid Response team in the community to cover maternity leave on a fixed-term contract for up to 12 months. You will support the urgent community response standard and be part of a multidisciplinary team delivering a 2-hour crisis response to acutely unwell patients to prevent hospital admissions.
You will have excellent communication skills and be able to work autonomously as well as in a team.
