UHI Perth is one of Scotland’s leading Colleges of Further and Higher Education, and a large partner in Scotland’s newest University, the University of the Highlands and Islands. We are seeking to appoint a receptionist who will play a key customer service role within the Academy of Sport and Wellbeing (ASW) building at UHI Perth.
The successful candidate will be required to work Saturday’s, 07:45-13:45. You will be part of the team at the forefront of our sport and wellbeing facility providing a professional, customer focused reception service. As the first point of contact, you will be expected to deliver a service which is friendly, welcoming, and informative to all customers.
The role of Receptionist is to undertake a range of front of house duties including administrative and financial tasks which ensure the efficient running of ASW. It is vital that you are highly knowledgeable about all our services and are able to respond in detail to customer enquiries or to sign post customers to wider members of the team as required.
This post undertakes regulated work with children and a Protecting Vulnerable Groups (PVG) Scheme check is required. A check will be made against the list of those barred from working with children.
