UHI Perth is one of Scotland's leading Colleges of Further and Higher Education, and a large partner in Scotland's newest University, the University of the Highlands and Islands. The campus is set in over 10 hectares of open woodland and green space in the centre of the city of Perth.
The main campus comprises of the Brahan and Goodlyburn Buildings, our two main teaching facilities, the Webster Building which contains our Student Association and Centre for Mountain Studies and The Academy of Sport and Wellbeing providing state of the art facilities and accommodates sports, leisure, hair and beauty areas, alongside a Student Hall of Residence.
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated property management professional to lead the Estates function. We are looking for a professional manager, with qualifications and experience in property and estates management, who is ambitious, enthusiastic and above all committed to the development of a first-class high performing team.
As part of UHI Perth's largest support functions, you will lead our in-house Estates Team with overall responsibility for buildings and grounds maintenance, new build refurbishments and alterations, environmental and energy management, external suppliers, and consultants.
Supporting the development then leading the implementation of our Estates strategy to achieve the highest quality services and facilities, you will develop and maintain management systems that ensure consistent high performance in areas of customer service, health and safety, quality, and financial management. Supported by a dedicated team, it will be your primary objective to embed customer service excellence into all aspects of service delivery within Estates.
This post undertakes regulated work with children, and a Protecting Vulnerable Groups (PVG) Scheme check is required. A check will be made against the list of those barred from working with children.
