UHI Perth is one of Scotland’s leading Colleges of Further and Higher Education, and a large partner in Scotland’s newest University, the University of the Highlands and Islands. The Estates department currently has an opportunity for an experienced Plumber to join the team and support them in ensuring UHI Perth is a fantastic place to study.
Based at the Campus on Crieff Road, Perth, our Estates team ensure the facilities are in first class condition with a program of continual improvement. This includes day to day maintenance as well as refurbishment projects.
Reporting to the Estates Manager, this role involves carrying out maintenance and project work within all campus buildings, Halls of Residence and off-site locations.
This post undertakes regulated work with children and a Protecting Vulnerable Groups (PVG) Scheme check is required. A check will be made against the list of those barred from working with children.
