UHI Inverness has locations at Inverness Campus and also the Scottish School of Forestry (Balloch), a growing hub for research, innovation and enterprise set within a 215 acre site.

We are currently seeking a qualified candidate for the position of Lecturer within our Business team. The successful candidate will collaborate with academic colleagues in delivering the curriculum in subjects such as global management, project management, quality management, digital marketing, data analytics and dissertation supervision. Normally, you will be based at the Inverness College campus where our business curriculum is delivered. Delivery will be a blend of in person and hybrid.

This role presents a unique opportunity for an enthusiastic person who enjoys teaching and learning to join an experienced and diverse team. You will be required to deliver curriculum in an innovative manner with a focus on best practice in the teaching of topics relevant to your role. You will be required to be an effective team member able to deliver a high-quality curriculum and educational experience.

You should also be flexible, reflective, innovative, creative, and personally committed to continuing vocational and professional development. You do not need to have a teaching qualification to apply as training will be provided; however, some experience of instructing or teaching is welcome. You should possess effective interpersonal skills and have good IT skills in applications such as MS Office and other relevant subject-related software packages.
