Role Description
The Student Services & Quality Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in on of our college centres, and requiring travel across the region.
We're looking for an experienced and proactive Student Services & Quality Manager to lead our Student Services and Quality functions across the College.
Reporting to the Vice Principal of Curriculum & Quality, you'll manage a small team and play a key role in supporting student success, safeguarding and wellbeing, quality assurance, compliance, and continuous improvement.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead the College's safeguarding and PREVENT responsibilities
- Manage Learning Support and student wellbeing services
- Oversee student support funding, attendance and disciplinary processes
- Lead quality assurance, enhancement and programme review activities
- Coordinate student feedback and quality improvement initiatives
- Produce reports and data analysis to support decision-making and compliance
You’ll have:
- Experience leading staff within a complex organisation
- Knowledge of awarding bodies and the SCQF framework
- Experience of, or strong understanding of, safeguarding and PREVENT
- Excellent communication, leadership and organisational skills
- Strong IT and data management skills
- A commitment to delivering outstanding student support and continuous improvement
