Management Accountant – Join Our Growing International Finance Team
We're looking for an experienced, proactive Management Accountant to help drive financial excellence across our international operations.
With a minimum of 3 years' accounting and finance experience, you'll bring both technical rigour and a hands‑on approach to a role that offers real variety and impact.
Reporting directly to the Head of Finance, you'll take ownership of producing accurate, timely financial information across multiple international entities, playing a key role in group reporting while helping to shape and improve our financial systems and processes along the way.

- Role Title: Management Accountant
- Work Location: 3 Murphy Street, London. SE1 7FP
- Reports to: Head of Finance
- Work Hours: 24 hours / 3 days per week (0.6 FTE)
- Work Pattern: Monday to Friday 9:00am - 6:00pm
- Annual Leave: Pro-rata 25 days and UK Public holidays
- Work Scope and Responsibilities
- Prepare and deliver timely and accurate financial information to the Head of Finance.
- Liaise with international accountants and finance teams to obtain, verify, and consolidate monthly financial data.
- Report financial information using accounting and reporting systems to produce monthly Group Profit & Loss statements and management reports.
- Review, analyse, and categorise general ledger transactions, ensuring income and expenditure are accurately coded and allocated to the appropriate reporting categories
- Convert and reconcile multi-currency financial data into Group reporting formats, ensure completeness and accuracy of monthly management accounts.
- Manage and maintain global debtor reporting and updates.
- Assist with VAT reconciliations and support VAT reporting requirements.
- Support month-end and year-end reporting processes.
- Identify opportunities to improve financial processes and actively encourage the adoption of new systems and technologies.
- Assist with ad-hoc financial analysis, reporting, and projects as required by the Head of Finance.

- Strong knowledge of management accounting and financial reporting principles.
- Experience preparing monthly management accounts and profit & loss statements.
- Experience working with multiple legal entities and consolidated group reporting.
- Strong understanding of multi-currency accounting and reporting.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively with international teams.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
- Experience within an international or multi-entity organisation.
- Experience implementing or improving finance systems and processes.
- Knowledge of VAT compliance and reporting.
