We are currently looking for a talented Mid-Level Interior Designer / Interior Architect to become an integral part of our London interiors department. This role is perfect for a highly organised, autonomous designer, who can confidently develop design concepts and assist with design documentation from concept to delivery. You will need to demonstrate a strength in FF&E sourcing and specification and be able to contribute ideas with the latest materials on the market. Competency in key software, including AutoCAD/ArchiCAD, Revit, Rhino, and Adobe CC, is essential.
Responsibilities- Assisting in the development of design concepts, supported by imagery, mood boards and furnishings
- Presenting design ideas and concepts with confidence
- Design Documentation from concept to delivery
- Coordination with consultants and suppliers
- FF&E sourcing and specification
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Architecture, Interior Design or another closely related field
- Minimum 5 years’ experience at an architectural or interior design practice
- Competent in AutoCAD/ArchiCAD, Revit, Rhino, Adobe CC, Miro
- Space planning and concept development
- Excellent documentation and detail skills
- Demonstrate a strength in FF&E
- Ability to contribute design ideas with the latest materials on the market
- An ability to work autonomously and take full ownership of the task allocated to you
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- A good communicator with confidence presenting ideas to the rest of the team
- Be highly presentable to clients
- Ability to receive constructive feedback, learn and evolve projects as necessary
- Comfortable working in a dynamic studio environment often prone to change
- An ambition to grow with the studio, becoming a long term and integral part of the team
- Work Location: 3 Murphy Street, London, SE1 7FP
- Work Pattern: 40 hours a week over 5 days, Monday to Friday
- Flexibility: WFH - 1 day per week
