About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and commercially driven General Manager to lead operations. The ideal candidate is a person having experience in hospitality operations with a strong track record across premium and casual dining, multi-unit or high-volume restaurant environments, and a passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee full day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth front-of-house and back-of-house coordination
- Own P&L performance, budgeting, and cost control across food, beverage, and labour
- Drive revenue growth through commercial strategy, guest experience initiatives, and operational excellence
- Lead, train, and mentor a diverse team, building a strong service culture and succession pipeline
- Collaborate with senior leadership and ownership on business performance, expansion, and brand standards
- Ensure compliance with local licensing, liquor control, and premises regulations
Requirements
Experience
- 10+ years of progressive hospitality operations experience, including senior leadership roles such as General Manager, Operations Manager, or similar
- Proven track record managing full P&L, multi-outlet or high-volume operations, and leading large teams
- Experience across premium dining, casual dining, or multi-concept restaurant groups
- International experience strongly preferred (exposure to markets outside home country)
Qualifications
- Bachelor qualification in any field
- Proficiency with restaurant management systems (POS, inventory, HR/scheduling platforms)
Other
- Highly Profficient in English; additional languages an asset
