At Ugo Foods Group we manufacture high-quality fresh pasta and other street foods!
Factory Operators are at the centre of our manufacturing operation, successful candidates will be supporting the company in producing up to 150,000 meals per week by working in manufacturing areas of the business.
Factory Operators have a variety of responsibilities which include:
- Work across various manufacturing lines and areas to support the production of high-quality pasta, noodles and other fresh or frozen foods.
- Work flexibility across all manufacturing areas to support the company in the manufacturing of high-quality pasta, noodles and other fresh or frozen foods.
- Take responsibility for the completion of all department-related-paperwork and due-diligence.
- Work to defined standards to meet all company targets.

The successful candidate will be working in a fast-paced environment.
Our Factory Operators work across three different shift patterns, Monday to Friday, although there are occasionally exceptions to this which will be notified and discussed in advance. Hours will be discussed in more detail during the interview stage.
