We are a well-established roofing contractor delivering projects across London and the South East. Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to join our team on a permanent basis.
The Role
You will be responsible for the successful management and delivery of multiple roofing contracts, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. The role is primarily office-based with regular site visits across London and the surrounding areas.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing roofing projects from pre-start through to completion
- Overseeing site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Ensuring health and safety compliance on all sites
- Client liaison and project reporting
- Cost control, variations, and programme management
- Supporting commercial and operational teams as required
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Contracts Manager or similar role within roofing or construction
- Strong knowledge of construction processes
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Full UK driving licence
