Hexa Services operates in the construction, civils, mechanical and electrical markets. A large multinational company is looking for Maintenance Engineers to join their team. The position will be on the day shift 8am to 4:30pm for reactive facilities management contracts.
Candidates will ideally be expected to fully multi-skill across all disciplines within reason, including basic electrical work, plumbing, door handle lock replacements, and general maintenance. They will be appointed as the lead at 2 buildings and will be fully accountable for PPM and Reactive task delivery, plant room housekeeping, logbook records, etc.
Key Responsibilities:- To complete assigned PPM tasks on time with adequate record keeping.
- To deliver Reactive Maintenance to the required standard within the contractual obligations.
- To deliver mechanical, electrical and fabric PPM in accordance with the relevant guidelines and service levels.
- To carry out Reactive Maintenance duties assigned by the Helpdesk, paying attention to contractual parameters and timeframes.
- To support the Management Team in all aspects of delivering the FM services contract.
