The Role
As the Visual Experience Specialist for UGG, you will lead the merchandising function within the broader Visual Experience team. You’ll oversee window rollouts, new store openings, pop-ups, showroom set‑ups, distributor support, training events, and showroom execution. You’ll ensure regular communication across retail, outlet, wholesale, and distributor channels, and collaborate closely with marketing, retail, allocation, sales, and merchandising teams. This position is based in our London or Paris head office and includes travel within the UK and Europe.
Your Impact
- Lead the Merchandising team, including direct management of the Visual Experience Associate
- Oversee window rollouts, store openings, pop-ups, and showroom set‑ups across EMEA
- Coach and develop store teams on visual and commercial knowledge
- Conduct monthly calls and maintain communication with Distributors and Sales Team
- Provide photo feedback reports and updates to marketing and store teams
- Direct showrooms and ensure VE guidelines are respected
- Create and update VE training tools and directives for staff training
- Order supplies for stores and showrooms, and lead graphic designer briefs
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (Merchandising, Allocation, Retail, Product)
- Maximise sales through store merchandising and training
- Analyse window performances and share VM reports monthly
