Deckers Brands, home of UGG, is seeking a Demand Planner to support regional demand plans and forecasts across the UK & EMEA.

You will collaborate with brand leadership, sales, supply planning, and finance to drive accurate forecasts and align with seasonal buying cycles.

You will analyze trends, manage SKU selection, ensure intro dates and launch requirements are met, and communicate with cross-functional teams to optimize stock and sell-through.
