Placé(e) sous la responsabilité du directeur de l'établissement, vous assurerez les missions suivantes :
- Participer au déploiement du projet d'établissement, élaborer et mettre en œuvre le projet de soins infirmiers.
- Garantir l'activité du site en collaboration avec le médecin coordonnateur et la coordinatrice d'HDJ.
- Assurer le management des cadres, de l'équipe de nuit, et du secrétariat médical.
- Fédérer et animer les équipes soignantes dans un objectif d'excellence, de motivation et de cohésion.
- Organiser l'activité des unités de prise en charge pour garantir une bonne coordination.
- Gérer les moyens humains (remplacements, recrutements, formation et évaluation) en collaboration avec les cadres de proximité et le service RH.
- Accompagner les équipes dans la démarche qualité et la préparation des évaluations externes (notamment HAS), en garantissant la conformité aux exigences et la pérennité des bonnes pratiques.
- Veiller à l'optimisation et à la bonne utilisation du Dossier Patient Informatisé.
- Assurer le suivi de la maintenance curative et préventive du matériel des services de soins.
- Participer à l'élaboration du programme d'investissement et de fonctionnement des services de soins.
- Evaluer et contrôler la traçabilité, la qualité et la sécurité des soins avec la mise en place de l'évaluation des pratiques et le suivi d'indicateurs.
- Assurer la responsabilité de la gestion des risques associés aux soins par délégation.
- Participer aux instances de l'établissement : Commission d'Admission, CME, CLIN, CLUD, CLAN, etc.
- Représenter l'établissement auprès des partenaires extérieurs.
- Participer au Comité de direction de l'établissement et aux astreintes administratives.

Votre formation :
- Diplôme : Cadre de santé ou master.
- DU Gestion des risques associés aux soins en établissement de santé (ou équivalent).
- 5 ans d'expérience dans l'encadrement d'équipes de services de soins et possédez une expérience significative en gériatrie.
