We are seeking an exceptional Chief Executive to lead the Ulster Farmers\’ Union into its next chapter of growth, innovation, and influence.As Chief Executive, you will be accountable to the Board for shaping and delivering the organisation\’s strategic direction, ensuring robust governance, financial sustainability, and value-driven member services. You will lead a skilled senior management team, build high-impact partnerships across government and industry, and represent the organisation as a visible and influential voice for its members.You will bring strong commercial and financial acumen, a collaborative leadership style, human resource management skills and the awareness to navigate a dynamic external environment.
