uFraction8 Ltd is seeking a practical Microfluidics Engineer or Senior Microfluidics Engineer to develop next‑generation microfluidic bioprocessing systems. This hands‑on role involves designing, building, testing, debugging and scaling devices, with a focus on inertial microfluidics, materials selection and transition to polymer or single‑use formats.

You will work across UK and Poland teams, travelling regularly to Poznań for prototype development and collaboration.
