We are looking for a creative and driven Content Marketer to join Uform's Marketing team and help drive performance through impactful content. The Content Marketer will plan, create and deliver high-quality multichannel content to support the company's B2B and B2C brands. Reporting to the Group Marketing Manager, the role will own and execute the content strategy, identifying opportunities to attract new customers and drive engagement and value from existing ones.
The position requires strong storytelling and copywriting skills, social media expertise, and a digital-first mindset, alongside the ability to analyse content performance. Regular travel across the UK and Ireland will be required to capture real-life photography, video, case studies and on-site content, with confidence in appearing on camera or curating people-led content highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities:- Create and deliver high-quality written, visual and video content for digital, social and print channels
- Plan, film, edit and publish short-form and long-form video content
- Capture photography for use across marketing and campaign materials
- Manage and publish content across social platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube and Houzz
- Support content planning, SEO activity and campaign performance analysis
- Work with internal teams, customers and partners to capture case studies and real-life stories
- Travel across the UK & Ireland to capture on-site content
- Support wider marketing, sales enablement and internal communications activity
You’ll be a creative, organised and proactive content professional with a passion for storytelling, a digital-first mindset and the confidence to work across multiple audiences and platforms. You will have:
- An undergraduate qualification in Marketing or other related discipline OR a postgraduate qualification in a Marketing related subject
- Proven minimum of 3 years experience in a content creation or content marketing role to include offline and online channels
- Strong copywriting, storytelling and editorial skills
- Competency with video and photo editing tools (e.g. Canva, Adobe or similar)
- Experience creating and editing video and photography content from filming through to editing and final delivery
- In-depth understanding of social media platforms and current content trends
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Confidence working with data, insights and analytics to improve content performance
- A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel
- Experience working across both B2B and B2C brands
- Experience in the interiors, home improvement, or manufacturing sector
