UFORGE is building its UK engineering capability and we're looking for a Head of Maritime Engineering to lead and scale the function. This hands-on leadership role ensures delivery, integration and readiness of our maritime platforms, bringing together engineering teams, suppliers and partners to solve complex challenges across vessel systems, integration, test and deployment.

The successful candidate will combine strong technical judgement with pace and pragmatism, build the team and standards.
