UFK Group is looking for a creative, confident and beauty-obsessed Social Media & Content Marketing Executive to help shape the online presence of three fast-growing beauty brands: GlamBeauty, ROCCABOX, and Lipcote & Co.
Location: Hybrid — 3 days on-site in Preston, Lancashire, 2 days remote.
Salary: £28,000 – £33,000 (depending on experience).
What You’ll Be Doing
- Content Creation & Social Media: Film, edit and produce eye-catching TikTok and Instagram content. Create tutorials, unboxings, product showcases and trend‑led videos. Maintain and contribute to content calendars across three brands. Support campaign planning, seasonal moments and brand launches.
- TikTok Shop Live Hosting: Host regular TikTok Shop live sessions (mainly GlamBeauty & ROCCABOX). Confidently demonstrate products and answer questions in real time. Bring energy and personality to every live to drive engagement and sales.
- Email Marketing: Assist with building, scheduling and sending email campaigns. Support newsletters, promotional emails and new product drops. Help track email performance and improve open/click‑through rates.
- Community Engagement: Engage daily with audiences across Instagram and TikTok. Reply to comments, DMs and product questions. Help grow a loyal, positive community around each brand.
- Reporting & Analytics: Track social and email performance across brands. Assist with weekly and monthly reports. Identify opportunities to boost engagement, reach and conversions.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience creating TikTok or Instagram content (editing skills required).
- Confident on camera — especially for TikTok Lives.
- Strong creative eye and understanding of beauty trends.
- Basic understanding of analytics (TikTok/IG insights).
- Some experience with email marketing platforms (bonus but not essential).
- Ability to juggle multiple brands and stay organised.
- Comfortable working independently but also collaborative.
- Must be available 3 days per week on-site in Preston, Lancashire.
