  • Supporting the school's safeguarding procedures and maintaining confidentiality at all times.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a warm, welcoming and positive manner.
  • Is highly organised, efficient and able to manage competing priorities.
  • Has good IT skills and confidence using Microsoft Office and digital systems.
  • Works accurately and pays close attention to detail.
  • Can use their initiative, work independently and contribute positively to a small team.
  • Is calm, flexible and able to respond sensitively to the needs of children and families.
  • Enjoys working with children and is committed to their wellbeing and safety.
  • Shares our Christian vision and school values of Love, Respect and Resilience.

Previous experience in school administration would be an advantage, but we also welcome applications from candidates with relevant administrative experience in other settings. Training and support will be provided.

What we can offer

  • A friendly, welcoming and supportive school community.
  • A small village school where every member of staff makes a genuine difference.
  • Enthusiastic children who are a pleasure to work with.
  • A committed and caring staff team.
  • Opportunities for professional development and training.
  • A varied role where no two days are quite the same.
