Uffington C of E Primary School is a small, friendly village school with a big heart. We are looking for a caring, enthusiastic and reliable Midday Supervisory Assistant (MDSA) to join our dedicated team.

What will the role involve?

Supervising and supporting children during lunchtime, either in the dining hall or on the playground/field.

Encouraging positive play, friendships and inclusive activities.

Promoting good manners, kindness and respectful behaviour.

Supporting children to develop independence and resilience.

Helping children manage minor disagreements positively, in line with our school behaviour expectations.

Ensuring the safety, happiness and wellbeing of all pupils.

Being a positive role model who demonstrates our school values in everyday interactions.

Previous experience is welcome but not essential. What matters most is a positive attitude, a willingness to learn and a genuine commitment to making a difference to children's school experience.
